Edward Jones is built on the philosophy that those who share in the work should share in the rewards. We won’t sugarcoat it. The first three years of a new financial advisor’s career are the toughest. But here’s where Edward Jones is different. We’ve put in place additional compensation, training and support to give you every opportunity to succeed. If you put in the work, you can reap the rewards.
It’s the perfect balance between having the resources a large reputable firm offers, coupled with working autonomously like a business owner.
